Our client, a highly successful Luxury Residential Real Estate Marketing firm, engaged iLocus with a single goal: Create a comprehensive marketing tool that could be distributed worldwide to a a selected group of special priviledged clients who would covet living a large and very exclusive Luxury Villa located in the Heart of Helsinki. The tool was required to provide an experience of the property that was 'so real, its just like being there'. After complete renovation of the premises and grounds of the Villa, a comprehensive 3D Interactive Visualisation Presentation was produced and was successfully implemented.
